CHARACTERISTICS
- Stability in Different Range of Temperature
Bosar Lipase was treated at the temperature of 30℃-80℃for 5 min, and the remained enzyme activity is above 75%. The remained enzyme activity is more than 56% after 5 minutes of treatment at the temperature of 90 ℃. This Lipase can withstand the high temperature during the feed granulation.
- Stability in Different Range of pH
Bosar Lipase was treated at the pH range of 3.0-8.0 for 3 hours, and the remained enzyme activity is above 85%. The remained enzyme activity is more than 80% after 3 hours of treatment at the pH of 2.4. This Lipase can withstand the acidic environment in the stomach.
- Optimum Temperature and ph Value
- The optimum temperature of Bosar Lipase is 50℃ and there are still more than 85% of Lipase remaining active at the temperature of 37℃. The optimum pH is 7.5, which is also the closest pH in the intestine to digest fat. It can guarantee the function efficiently inside of the animal, especially in the intestines.
- Ability to Withstand Metal Ions
- Bosar Lipase is very stable when coexisting with Na+, K+, Mg2+, Fe2+. The metal ions Cu2+ and Zn2+ have no any adverse effects to the Lipase, even with higher concentrations, Bosar Lipase is also stable
- Stability to the Endogenous Protease inside of the Animals
- Pepsin and Trypsin inside of the animals have scarcely effect on the activity of Bosar Lipase.
- DEFINITION OF ENZYME ACTIVITY
- One unit of enzyme activity is defined as 1 g of the solid enzyme powder required to catalyze the fat to produce 1 μmol of fatty acid in 1 min at the temperature of 40℃ and pH value of 7.5, expressed by U/g or U/ml.
- INDICATIONS
- - Supplement the deficiency of endogenous digestive enzymes inside of the animals, improve the fat utilization rate of young animals, reduce the diarrhea rate of piglets and lay the foundation for later growth.
- - Significantly improve the utilization of fat in feed ingredients, reduce the ratio of feed-gain and the cost on feed, improve daily gain and growth performance.
- - Improve the reproductive and lactation performance of sow, increase the birth weight and weaning weight of piglets, reduce weaning stress and increase survival rate.
- - Improve the properties and the glossiness of animal fur and skin.
- - Promote the absorption and utilization of fat-soluble vitamins and trace elements to improve the quality of meat, eggs and other dairy products.
