The principle of astringency: tannins combine with water-soluble proteins (such as salivary proteins) to precipitate, so that the saliva loses its lubricity, the lingual epithelium shrinks, and it has a dry feeling, resulting in astringency; "astringency" is not a real taste, but a "feeling" of nerve conduction.

Gallonin Soft adopts special carriers and excipients, and special production processes to prevent tannins from binding with protein in the mouth and eliminate "astringency".
