Bosar β-Mannase is a highly efficient product produced with the method of Deep Liquid Fermentation and Spray Drying. This product has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, good stability and high efficiency degradation to mannan. What’s more, it can effectively degrade anti-nutritional factors in feed ingredients and improve the production performance of animals.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • - High Temperature Resistance: Fermented by a unique strain, Bosar β-Mannase has good high temperature resistance and can withstand granulation temperature below 90.
  • - Good Stability: Produced with the technology of Deep Liquid Fermentation that is combined with the unique technology of Post-Processing, Bosar β-Mannase has good stability and uniformity.
  • - Highly Efficient Degradation to Mannan: It is fermented by a unique strain to greatly increase the enzyme activity and highly degrade the mannan.

 

DEFINITION OF ENZYME ACTIVITY

One unit of enzyme activity is defined as the mannase amount required to catalyze the 5 mg/ml of substrate solution of LBG (Locust Bean Gum) to produce 1 μmol of reducing sugar (expressed as mannose) in 1 min  at the temperature of 37℃ and pH value of 6.0, expressed by U/g or U/ml.

 

INDICATIONS

  • - Effectively degrade mannan in feed ingredients. Eliminate the anti-nutritional effects of mannan. Promote the secretion of insulin and the production of growth factor IGF-1of para-insulin.
  • - Eliminate the interference of mannan on glucose absorption. Greatly improve the energy digestibility of soybean meal. Increase the metabolic energy of corn-soybean meal diet by 100-150kcal/kg.
  • - The Mannan Oligosaccharide produced by the decomposition of mannan can be absorbed by the beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract of the animals and can improve the composition of the flora, reduce the infection of Escherichia coli and Salmonella, thereby it  can improve the intestinal microflora and the integrity of the intestinal mucosa. At the same time, it can reduce the harm of broiler coccidiosis and improve the uniformity of broilers.
  • - The Mannan Oligosaccharide produced by the decomposition of mannan can adsorb or directly bind with mycotoxins, reducing the damage of toxins to animal organisms.
  • - Improve nutrient digestibility and energy efficiency, reduce feed costs, and improve production performance of animals.
